Poor Management at the time. Supper flexable schedule. Great opportunity to sell an excellent product and ba company that was willing to stand behind it. It's what you would expect from a manufacturing company. Not great benefits, lots of overtime but people are nice. Leadership tries hard to care with the resources they have available but it falls short of what employees need. Very laid back work environment, Good people to work with. Good pay for the job you do. Cons Management. I remember a line lead that was there for a while I don't know if hes there anymore but he know every spot and taught me somethings to help me be a better lead and one day a supervisor position came available and he was so excited and we all thought for sure he would get it but little did we know a guy that worked on day shift and been there for maybe a few months would get it because it was on day shift and became part of this inner circle.
After that night shift was doing great so great that cut our hours from 42 to 30 then they were closing night shift and then they told all the leads that we were basically fighting for our jobs.
